Regular fee: €280,- / Student fee: €230,-

The deadline for registration is September 14, 2026.

This registration fee comprises the 2 conference days including presentations, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, 1 conference dinner, and the proceedings of the abstracts.

Hotel and breakfast need to be arranged by the participant, find suggestions on this website.

After you have submitted the Registration Form, you will receive an email with your answers and the payment details.

For the Student fee, you first need approval and then you can pay the reduced student fee. Be aware that to acquire the student fee, you have to send a copy of your student ID card or a confirmation letter from the university or institution in a Word or PDF file to president@ifrg.be

 As a student, you can also opt for support by the IFRG NextGen Funding or a travel grant, find more information under the tab 'support' at this website.
